There is no way for us to become more, if we don’t get knocked down. We have to experience disappointment before we can experience greatness. But in the famous words of Rocky Balboa

You can choose to get knocked down and stay where you are or you can choose to fight your way back into the light. You need to be willing to sacrifice what you are for what you want to become.
